Health Care Conscience Rights Act

This bill amends Title I of the Affordable Care Act to provide an exemption from its insurance mandate for individuals and employers who object to any type of medical service provided under the insurance plan. It also allows issuers to exclude any services from its insurance plan to which it has a “moral or religious” objection.
